Come together with fellow mortals to talk about death. Topics are wide and can vary depending on the participants involved.
Death Cafe is an open ended conversation about death.
Held across the world, Death Cafés are a series of welcoming, safe, and friendly conversations for people, often strangers, to openly discuss something that affects us all. Our aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives. Drop in or join us to talk about topics related to death and dying.
The cafe will exist in a safe, friendly, and open environment. This allows attendees to talk openly and freely about all matters of death, including ones that we many not be fully comfortable with. This is not a bereavement / grief support resource but a place to speak about one's own mortality and what happens to our bodies once we die.
