Brooke Komar, a board certified art therapist and licensed mental health counselor, will teach you to channel your emotions into the art making process.
Based on research in positive psychology, focusing on items, people and experiences we are grateful for can increase wellness and positive outlook. When we fully engage in gratitude, wellness outcomes persist over six months later. Participants will use wool felting or collage to explore what they love and are grateful for.
This program was paid for by a grant from the Community Foundation of Howard County.
